Emiliani Trust aim to advance the education of underprivileged children, young people and orphans living in Zimbabwe in particular but not exclusively by the provision of financial support towards educational programmes, activities, clothes (including school uniforms and shoes) and equipment.
Our strategy
In our first year of launch 2021 we aim to make lasting change for and with the most vulnerable children in Zimbabwe who need it most. Emiliani Trust was founded on the belief that every child matters and Education can provide every child with the potential of changing Zimbabwean community and the wider world. The focus of Emiliani Trust is Education Education Education and opportunities for a better future for the children. Many Zimbabweans are all over the world changing the lives of the communities they serve. The Early Education received is what enabled that to happen for most Zimbabweans hence a few Zimbabweans have decided to start the Emiliani trust to give the most vulnerable children the very same chance. Our Motto: Education: Education: Education. We’ll work with children, volunteers, community leaders, schools, churches and religious leaders/Clergy to create a place where they develop and aspire.
People behind Emiliani Trust
Emiliani Trust was started by a few Zimbabweans who have managed to change their lives through Education received in early years. The few people are now living in the UK and have thought of the best way to help and support children and young people in our community. The trustees felt that they could not meet the huge demand of children needing school fees therefore decided to start a Charity named after a patron Saint of Orphans allowing them to reach and support more children.
